I notice that Steve has removed the S60 and inserted the A95 into his list of Best 5-6 Megapixel Consumer Cameras. Does anyone care to venture as to why?

Thanks for your feedback. The two features that I like about theS60 are the ability to save in RAW and the 28 mm wide angle lens. The S70, a 7.1 MP camera,is about to replace the S60. I wonder if they fixed the lens cover problem?

The CCD of the S60 and the A95 look to be the same. I like the features you mention about the A95 as well as AA batteries. Do you think the lens is as good or better than the S60? I wonder why they didn't allow saving in RAW?

Hi a2b,

How does the A95 compare with your g600? Is it way better? Or about the same?

Thanks
