Hi. Just ordered S1 IS from costco. I was wondering, what do people use as a carrying case for this camera?

Thx.

Where do you buy this bag in North America, google search only has foreign web sellers.

Nice looking camera bag though.

I got the Tamrac 5693 at Amazon. I'm not too sure if they still sell it though...

They still sell Tamrac only not in black. Only blue. Kinda looks cheap, too.

I'm using this one from Lowepro:

http://www.lowepro.com/pages/series/rezo/rezo60.html

It fits the camera, 4 extra batteries and a couple of extra CF cards. There ought to be enough room for the USB-cable too but I have a stationary pc so I never carry the cable in the bag.

I am now thinking of buying an add onlens or two so I'll need a new/another bag in the near future! Just a little thing to remember.

well, all this turned out to be moot, since costco shipped the canon bag with the s1. Oh well. its not THAT bad, no room for batteries, true. But otherwise.. Its ok.
