Just purchased a brand new Canon S410. I used it for about 15 minutes for zooming, auto-focusing, and taking photos (10). The body of the camera starts to get really warm. Is this normal with digital camera?

Thankx,

JSH

As with all things electronic, a digital camera uses power and generates heat in the process, especially if the LCD is on. Now there is a difference between "Warm" and "hot." Hot is not good but warm is normal, especially for an all-metal body camera.
