Hi Mani

I made a 55mm one out of 6061(not positive-could be 7000 series)aluminium, but i think you could get away with using the proper tubing(drawn - not seam welded).Depends on what size you are after.

Lensmate make good quality 52mm & 58mm.

Do you have access to a machining center or milling machine/rotary table and lathe - if not then you may be hard pressed to make your own.If you do have access i can send you a sketch with sizes for the bayonet - length may vary depending what you are going to mount on the end.

I only have the teleconvertor (for extra zoom) not the macro convertor - but have seen some great shots with it.

NO ! NO! I M asking about Super macro mode of s2 not any macro convertor. I repeat my query--> If teleconvertor is attached to S2, can V take photo - setting supermacro mode of camera (0-10 cm distance)?

Yogio U didnt mentioned what make & model of adaptor & convertor U have.

Mani - When using super macro with convertor it locks in full wide and you get a big vignetting ringand subject is smaller- no good.
