When recording video in sunny conditions, and reflecting snow, I get red
bleeding on one side of the video image...regardless of where the sun is
located etc. Most of my videos turn out this way. Please see image of one
video.

Before this winter, I never had any photo/video issues.

Any advice?

Just to add...the red overexposure is virtually gone when the camera is zoomed in for video. I guess when zoomed, there's slightly less light getting in. Indoors or when there is no snow, the videos have been fine. Only when its bright outside from the sun and snow.
