I was wondering if the: HF-DC1 is any good, or if there is someone even betterĀ”!!?.

Seems expensive for what is a pretty basic flash.

Why not buy a Sunpak flash or similar and team it with a digital slave sensor.

That way you get a quality flash which is bounce and swivel capable.

A Sunpak 383 , plus a flash bracket with a built in slave sensor would be nice.

Or a flash and a slave sensor plus a mini tripod is good, you can move the flash around the subject , to give fill light from behind or to the side etc.

I own the Metz 28 CS-2 and this flash is wonderful.
