I just purchased the SD630 and was wondering how I can find out which ISO setting the camera chose when set to ISO Auto. It does not seem to show on playback mode anywhere.

Also, when in auto mode what is the difference between ISO auto and ISO hI.

Lastly, If I use M mode to force the flash and set the other items to auto should I select an ISO setting or use ISO auto. I would like to keep it simple like auto mode, just with the flash always going off but I have read many users comments saying to select a low ISO setting.
