Default Canon 10D Digital noise

With my new D10, I get in pictures large elliptical/concentric whorl-pool
areas
Is it normal?
What I can do about it.

Could be dust on the CCD, but it might not be.

You'll have to post an example picture somewherem and give us a link. And tell info about how you took it (settings of the camera & lens. This should have been captured in the EXIF data in the picture.

Also, what lens were you using? Be specific. Brand, focal length and f-stop range. If it's a mirror lens or not.

I was using 100Macro and 24-70 Zoom.
Condition more common with sky shots.
ConditonDescription: Put a drop of oil on water surface and see the concentric bands for example here band have different shades of same color . OR take a bulb and cover with bands with different strength of same color

Reasonable lenses (I'd like those myself.)

That sounds really wrong. If it happens with every lens, fast or slow shutter speed, I'd talk to Canon for a warranty repair. Unfortunately, 10Ds are in such scarce supply, you'll probably have problem returning it for another one (assuming you ordered locally.)
