Hi,
I recently lost my Digicam - thankfully it was insured!!It was a Casio QVR4 which I bought when it was brand new in 2002 for £400. As a replacement the insurance company have asked me if a Casio EX270 would be a suitable replacement. I have looked at the specs of the two cameras and whilst the EX270 is better in terms of Megapixels, the most important thing - the lens isn't as good and it also doesn't appear to have as many of the more advanced features my old camera had. Do you guys think its a fair replacement for my old QVR4? Reviews I have read of the EX270 suggest the pictures are 'OK' but you get a lot of noise at high ISO Speeds. Any information is highly appreciated!!! Many thanks Steve |

if it were me I would not settle for anything less than what I had. Some features are much more important than megapixels. If you are asking this question, I have a feeling that if you settled for this camera you would regret it soon.
