Regarding Broadway Photo,

My stomach churned while reading the many accounts of dissatisfied customers. I did receive a tracking number from Broadway, so they did ship me something.

I wanted a s500 in the orange color and they said they didn't carry it. I asked if they would have it in a few weeks. They said no, I ordered white and the next day they listed the orange for sale.

These guys are not good to deal with.

I know that warehouse123.com have EX-S500 in Meister Gray.

The DMC-FX9 is going to be available in the end of Augest.

:? Just bought the casio s500 - really pleased in most respects but any suggestions on the following:

1 When using auto mode there is a very pink cast on all outdoor photos - almost the same as when shooting using the sundown mode in the best shot menu which I think adds a pink filter. If shooting the same shot but using the landscape mode the colouration is much more natural.

2 Video mode seems extremely good to me but when I download to PC the sound goes way out of sync.

Perhaps I'm doing something stupid as I have not fully read all instructions as yet. Otherwise the camera seems excellent and a step up on my previous Pentax Optio 330 which appeared really sharp until comparing results with the casio.

Any suggestions really appreciated - Roger.
