Just a few shots taken with the S770. I'm no photographer as you can see from the photos but it may help some of you potential shoppers.

Two clicks better than the Samsung NV10. The NV10 has some focusing problem. So the percentage of the shots that will be eventually rejected will be higher. Now I have to talk to any of my in-laws who wants to buy my S600 at 30% discount.

I presently own the Casio EX-Z750 and just ordered the new EX-S770.

I would appreciate your opinion and comments to date comparing these two models especially regarding features and quality of photos and movies.

Also, if you were to choose one which model?

Thank you,

Richard

This is the first Casio for me so I can really comment on the other model.

I owned a g5 from Cannon before this camera and it was bulky but took really great photos.

The way I look at it, The casio is a great camera that I have with me all the time. Not every pic is perfect. I think the camera loves light, the more light the better chance you are going to take a good shot. I am told the settings are limited, but I only adjusted the default ISO and flash strengh.

When you take a quick shot at work etc, I never go to the settings, so if I did have a camera with more settings, I wouldn't end up using them. That is why I went with the smallest P&S.

If I decide I want to take some more advanced shots, I would get a SLR.
