Default Casio qv-r40 or Kodak easyshare dx4530

Hello everybody,

I'm thinking on buying my first digital cam. I'm not sure if I should go for the Casio vq-r40 or the Kodak easyshare dx4530.
I like the Casio, because is compact but the kodak offers 5mp.
I'm planning to take pictures everywhere including indoor shots on dark places. I realy don't care about the fact that the Casio doesn't have sound but I would like to have the best quality images.
The price for both cam. is about the same 280$

What do you think will be the best desition?

Thanks
Otto
