Default Casio EX-Z40 vs Pentax Optio S4i

Looking for a small 4 MP digital camera and I narrowed it down to these two.
Opinions on which one would be reccommended?

Would I be more happy with one over the other? Use would vary, bascially I would use it to take pictures everywhere from people to cars to sports to sunsets to my dog...

We've posted our Casio EX-Z40 review already but just got the Pentax S4i yesterday so look for that review in two weeks or less.

These are nearly identical except for some major differences such as color LCD size - Casio is bigger with 2-inch. The Pentax has video and audio out for TV playback, the Casio does not. The Pentax is slightly smaller in overall size.

They both use same imager and Pentax zoom lens. They both have a charging cradle, the Pentax cradle only charges battery in the camera or separate (loose) battery, the Casio cradle charges only the in-camera battery but has a USB port too.

Hope this helps.
