Hi, I`m planning to buy Casio eX-Z40 today and of course to buy an extra memory, extra battery ad battery charger. But is it possible to use another battery charger than the one proposed by Casio to charge the Casio extra battery ? Like from a general brand ? ( I mean ... smaller )

And does a 256 Mb memory card gets the Camera speed shutter slower than a 128Mb ( High speed memory card) ??

Txs

The proprietary battery will likely not fit in a generic charger of any kind. You might want to consider a Pentax S4 that comes with a small charger.

Generally the larger and faster the card the faster the camera will run. Some startup times are slower with large cards because the camera checks the memory. Cycle times should be at least as fast with the larger card. Shutter delay will likely be the same.
