Can someone explain to me what this means?!?

I noticed this strange statement, too. I am looking now at the viewfinder and it is not at all "integrated" into the LCD screen. It is about3 mm above. However, the top of the LCD screen cover is cut a little to allow the viewfinder to fit in. If they can describe this cut in this way, it's a little exagerated...
