Hi,

you can do this using my BestShot Editor "BestMan" to be found here:

http://www.sassenfeld.de/software/be...bestman_e.html

Use a setting of "action" or set a short manual shutter time in shutter-priority mode.

Alternatively you can download a pre-made BestShot for this purpose here:

I tried Bestman with Exilim EX-Z55 but does not seem to work in any way. Anything that I set about aperture or shutter speed, either in manual or aperture priority or shutter priority does not work. I also tried some color filters with no avail.

Any ideas?

Hi,

as documented on the webpage the aperture and shutter priority modes of the Exilim Zoom Z50 and Z55 do not work due to a firmware issue of the cameras.
This is known to Casio. So far there is no solution and I doubt that Casio will come up with one.

Manual mode should work fine though - I have tested it with Exilim Zoom 55 and it was also reported working by several users.

The filters are only available to registered users as documented in the user interface ... in shareware-mode the user interface indicates that the extended options are not available.

If it still does not work for you please e-mail a BestShot that does not work to the e-mail given on the web-page and I´ll look into it - I can never rule out a bug in BestMan.

Thanks and best regards - MacSass
