Default fireworks

I was hoping someone could suggest settings on the QV2000 UX for photographing fireworks. It is getting close to the time they start so I should have asked earlier but I didn't think of it until now.

This may be a little late but all I use is a 2 or 3 second shutter speed on my qv-2000. This way you get a cool effect rather then just a snapshot of the firework.

I used the max time exposure and got some nice shotsm but they were mostly a big white blob in the middle of the picture. Next time I'll use the two or three second exposure and see how that works. The firework display was extra good this year too, they had some circle displays that looked like rings in the sky, very cool.
