I have bought a casio exilim proZ 750, it is made in China, and i noticed the LCD is pressed by retracting lens, when it is in mode play, and the lens retract aumatic.

the zone pressed is the top-left corner, it is only a instant and it is difficult to see.

is it normal? would i worry?

this problem, isit only in z-750was made in china?, orthe made in japan too?

i m looking forward to receiving news

This was discussed some time back. Type "lcd pressed" in the search box and look for it.

I have just noticed that danielsjang made a recent post on 9th Jan 2005. just look further down this page.

Hi guys,

mine is from April 2005 and made in Japan (#30541xxA) and working perfectly so long (some 6000+ superb shots) and no such LCD "deformation" issues. Have had some "Lens errors"- but it is normal as it was operator error...

Best, JR

BTW The best compact DC I have ever owned- till PMA 2006 Casio news of course :-)
