Being in a small town at X-Mas , I was looking for a good camera and spent hours looking and looking ,and found the z120 at futureshop.ca for a 100 dollars off ! great!
So i got my sister to go there as there was one listed in the store there , she got a raincheck,as the last one was sold out from under her.
Searching for a comparable price for the z 120 , in canada,no luck yet,...
so here is my question if you buy a camera in the US can you get service in Canada?
The camera seems great ,and i would like to get it,...............

Thank you for this forum , and other forums this is where you find real info about what you want !
Thanks Jerry

Since you got the rain check just wait around for the 120, Its cheap for what you get out of it. 7 MP and manual controls for 249.99 (Futureshop's sale on it) Is basically unbeatable.

Albeit it still has some issues I don't like about it

MAcro mode is a joke, 10cm is hurting, The flash is pretty much useless, So count on daylight pictures being good but interiors being iffy

The movie mode is a definite plus, and the anti shake even though can only be used when the ISO is set to auto, really helps.
also continuous shot is really handy, So get a decent write speed SD card. Unfortunately for me my SD card came defective and upon returning it they sent the SAME FREAKING CARD BACK TO ME

So i'm stuck with 8mb internal memory until I can work this out... not fun..

Do you have a Ritz Camera, or one of it's affiliatestores up your way? If so, they offer extended warranty. Drop it...break it...they replace it...no questions asked. All you have to do is bring the camera in, or all the pieces.

Thanks for the feed back , ended up finding it at The Sourse they have a 10 day return polocy , the price was 299 its been over cast for such a long time here so gettin a good outdoor pic has been difficult, the one feature i do like is the camera will take 3 pics after a 10 sec delay .So far you have to hold the put the timer oh to get a good shot. it seems to be blury , but it could be me .There are alot of manual control on the cam so , the verdict isnt in yet

ARE YOU HOLDING THE CAMERA STEADY? BECAUSE SHAKING THE CAMERA JUST A BIT CAN CAUSE BLURRED PICTURES.

THANK YOU KIM

here is a up date , found a place to host full size pic s , here is my link http://www.nu2u.hostiz.com/
To get your free site http://www.hostiz.com .
And no i don t work for them

The usb cord is alot easier to use , its not so tough to put in and out .and works quite nice .
Another feature that s really usefull is the timer to take three pic s after a 10 sec delay .
