Default FZ35 macros

I posted this in the Panasonic P&S forum, but not everyone visits there...

Finally found the time to get out in the backyard with my FZ35 and new DCR-250. The problem was it was around 4 degrees Celsius (frosty) and the only insects could find were a little moth and a dead wasp (he was a very cooperative model).

I'm pretty happy with the results as it was my first go with this lens and hand held focusing is very hard with a DOF of about 2mm. I had to stack the shots to get more focus (another new skill to learn). I am amazed at the amount of detail you can get with this lens.

CC and tips appreciated.

He's cute and furry...

These flowers were tiny. About 8mm across.

Noob with an FZ35 - and loving it

Comments appreciated.
