Iwent straight to the zoo to shoot as soon asI just bought my new Canon Digital Rebel XT.

I am not a macro fan and rarely taken macro photos. Please comment and advise if there is any room for improvement in this shot. Thanks a lot. Quan

Overall, a nice shot. The depth of field is a little shallow, preventing all the blossoms from being in focus. You could use a smaller aperture (higher f-stop) or crop into the center blossoms.

It looks like some sort of citrus tree bloom (Lemon?). Very nice.
