OK, my wife's friend Rose was visiting, and as we were showing her around the property, she asked why we had planted this SiberianIris so far away from the house. I told her that we didn't plant it at all. it had escaped cultivation (here goes- cringe and groan to your heart's content) and said " That's my Wild Iris, Rose."

Seriously though, I like your sense of humour as much as I like this photo.................. .............................It's great. I've never really been that interested in flowers, but ever since I took up digital and became a member here, I look at things in a different way. This would have been just 'another flower' but now I see it's beauty and you have captured it very well ![]() Steve. |
