Wow, beautiful! You're right, I think there is every shade of pink in one flower!

The "pink perfection" is a species of camellia. My wife has been looking for the plant for quite a while. She is going to give it to her father on his 90th birthday. We've been keeping on the porch until March 9th and the yesterday she said there was a bloom on it. I used a flash and a mirror to get the double effect. They really named it right - the petals seemed to be arranged in perfect symmetry.

Very well done and the depth of field and background are very nice. I really do like the background you chose on this one. Keep up the good work. I can't wait for the wildflowers to start there Spring bloom here. We're about a month away from the early ones. Still snow on the ground here - Bruce

Very pretty and delicate. You captured every detail.
Unless you mentioned the mirror, I would have never guessed it, had to go back for a double take. Thanks for the share.

I also merged or "stacked" 2 pictures. I focused one picture on the reflection and another on the real flower. That way I could get the DOF of both "flowers".
