very nice macro. pleasing contrast of the brown on black with the black rock as a prop.

Thanks Ordo! I used a 20mm Kenko tube with my Canon 28-70mm f/2.8. Seems to be a good combo for my watch photos. I'll have to give the 36mm a try and get closer next time. Here's my setup...

Light source is a wall mount fixture aiming up with a 100 w bulb mounted about 30" above the watch. The setup is on my nightstand


BTW The watch was originally manufactured and shipped from Switzerland to South America back in 1948. I won this watch on eBay back in 2002. It came from Argentina

Thanks simple! Wish I had the space for a real setup. I don't even have room for lighting For now the nightstand will do
