Now these are some really really great images. Very well done - thanks for sharing. I like the atmosphere, the detail, color and lighting. Outstanding quality, I fully agree with Goldwinger here.

Thanks Thkn777 for the favourable comments. To shoot the lotus, we usually get up at about 6am, some even at 5, and get there by 7 to prepare for the shooting. Shooting usually finishes at about 9:45am when the light has become too strong. If there is a shower the night before, the dews will be like diamonds on the petals and the shooting will be even more advantageous.
Now is the time when the lotus is blooming in the southern part of China where Hong Kong lies. The flowering will last till late July and early August. Thanks for liking the shots.
