Default Wild Flower

Went for a drive today, and saw a field of yellow wildflowers, so I decided to stop and take a few shots.

Really nice, I vote for #1. The yellow pops out and draws attention to the center of the flower.

Sweet yellow, Dustin!

I like the composition of photo 1 and the dof of photo 2 (it's hard to get all details of a flower like this sharp at that angle, etc).

Photo 3 is also very peaceful all by itself too.

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks PJ.

yea, getting DoF was tricky yesterday. it was very overcast, so I could not stop down all the way, or I would have had subject movement blur from the wind, or had to bump up the ISO higher than I would want.

My fave is the 3rd one Dustin,
Love how you have blown out the background and got the flower so sharp. Brillo.

Yeah, not bad I guess

Sweet colours and composition, I would go for 2 as for me in 1 the closer parts being OOF are uncomfortable.

third one is my favorite because of DOF. Which software do you use for shadowed frame?
