Carlo, I have become a fan of your photography every since I looked at your pbase site. I am not a groopie or anything, but man, what a great portfolio. How long have you been shooting, and I noticed you use a D300 on a lot of your shots, is that the one you like most or does it somehow take better photos than your others? You must have a large selection of lens as you have everything from macro to landscape. Thanks for posting your exif data and sharing the photos!!! Frank

Beautiful macros, Carlo! So do you (when using a tripod) find a productive area, prefocus on a flower, take quite a few shots, then choose the ones with the best focus for the bees?

thanks for comments
i'm sorry for my bad englih- I hope to undestand well
I have a 12-24, a 24-85, a 70/180 macro all nikon and a 500 sigma
for shots of bee : prefocus on the flower and then wait for the bee to make better focus on it
