Here is a closeup of a yellow rose shot in front of the Washington County Courthouse in Hillsboro, OR. It is about a block from where I work.



Minolta S414 in macro mode, direct sunlight at noon. In Paint Shop Pro 7, I cropped and made some histogram adjustments. Finally, after resizing to 700 pixels wide, I did a default unsharp mask.

i guess as long as it isn't summer at noon it's ok.....lol...you still have some shadows
