i know EXACTLY wat your saying about the second one....is because of the reverse lens trick that it looks like that...and i sharpened it in photoshop...maybe too much?

anyway....i have a powershot G2....which at the time i bought it it was canon's highest end compact digital....i think they call them consumer cameras?

anyway....all i did was put a conversion lens i got for my teleconverter on, and puta old minolta 50mm lens on it...backwards....this lets you focus REALLY close....but it kills your light...and you have a tiny DOF....

i also zoomed in my camera all the way...3x optical 3.6x digital...to crop out the vignetting from the backwards lens...

thats all

no slr involved..except my dad's old camera, which is only involved because the lens came from it...lol..

Vito

btw...glad you like them

Vito, those are amazing, I really like the third one, but they're all good. I need to get my reverse lens out and play with it again! Did you take these in the dark to get the background like that?
