Very nice shots, Julie. Are these captured "in the wild"? It must be late spring where you are right now. (We are in the Grey Season. In the far Canadian south, we do get snow, but most of our winters are just a dull slate colour.)

no not in the wild, my Mums front garden, although sometimes that gets a bit wild:-)Yes we are in late spring. summer officially starts here on December 1st.

Wow - great shots. I love the pink one. It is very soothing.

It is almost winter here too, but I got some roses from my special someone yesterday. Here is a sample of mine.

How did you get the background so soft? Thanks for sharing,

how do you mean so soft,? the pink flower has feathering around it which makes for soft background.
