Default wildflower photos, need some critique

I have a wildflower gallery up on my website at:

http://www.pbase.com/kandyj/inbox&page=1

Some of the photos need some sharpening and smoothing in areas, but I would like a critique on them aside from these two issues. Most of them were shot with my Fuji 2800 zoom using the macro option. All of them using macro had to be underexposed due to the washing out effect if left on automatic, so they look a bit dark.

I would appreciate any comments you would like to offer, you can leave them on each picture as you view the enlargements, thanks.

I'll give you critique, but it'll be overall:

1. You have to lighten up allmost every pic. Especially the midtones.
2. Try lowering your cameraposition when you shoot flowers.
3. Crop a lot of them to get the motive to catch the eye.
4. Serveral of your shot are out of focus. Try harder to focus - it's really important shooting flowers.
5. You have to work a little bit more with them in you digital darkroom. Cropping, level adjustment, coloradjusment, cloning and removing unwanted element, which will move you eye away from the motive.
6. Remember what you want to show with you pic. Is it several types of flowers, or is it the beauty of each flower ? I often forgets this myself...

All this said - the originals of your photos might be better - I know. These photos seems too small to view really.

You have a good eye for motives - keep up the good work Kandice.
