Default Damselfly

Landed on hand, had to shoot one-handed and left-handed. At least the Nikon swivels....

Cool! I've started to learn the ID for these: it's a bluet damselfly, one of a dozen species. If you showed the tail I might be able to nail it down. Or do what I did and get the new Stokes Beginners Guide to Dragonflies (by Nikula and Sones). Nice book.

Thanks guys, it was cool to have them so close, I was able to get about 8 shots off, but I cut most of them off like this. Oops. Here is a shot of the two types that were buzzing around Tom, I've not ID them yet, too busy, and thats a rainyday project.
