While browsing my Ireland pics I stumbled across this one and it only needed some minor adjustments to look pretty. Looks almost like a 3 layer cookie of some kind with the bee on top - what do you say?

I like the colors and the fine nuances at the blossoms and the waterdrops adds to the feeling too.

Very nicely done!! There is so much going on in this shot you have to look at it more than once. Beautiful colours and subject.

Great shot!!

Thank you Rose,

I noticed that too and it wasn't too easy to bring out all the colors / details and stuff with my trusty old Paintshop

Didn't noticed at first what I got with that pic and was very happy afterwards that I didn't dumped it right away... you know - if you got like 200-300 pics from that garden it's easy to say: "ohlord - just another flower!" and click DELETE :roll:

regards,
Th.

I agree with Mummy Cullerton, that's very nicely done, looks pin sharp as well!

Nice photo. I like the fact that you did not zero in on the bee itself, like so many of us would, but gave us it's full environment, the flowers. I also like the soft colors and in Ireland it must be hard to get a soft green.
All the best,

@All
Thanks for the nice comments at first

@joenl
Well, it was in a big garden, and there were thousands of different plants with different shades of green, I'll include some more pics so you can get the idea:

#1 - postcard pic with that reflection, I am sure you would have taken it too:

#2 - shades of green and a water basin

#3 - water basin closeup - I actually liked the colors here

Have fun!
