I like and I don't like this photo:?.

I think there is potential, but I don't quite like the composition:sad:.

PLEASE HELP!!!

The general rule (which is there to be broken obviously :G) is that your subject should never break the horizon. So using the blue sky as backdrop would work well IMO, my other post shows an example, although I note I've broken this rule as well, Oh well :O

Just thinking out loud really... but there's one other thing you could try, and that's to angle your camera down a little and ensure that only the mountain is visable as background. In fact you're almost there already :-)

John, I see now that the horizon is the problem. Thanks for the tip. I didn't know that rule, and I think it ruined quite a few of my shots. Still learning:-), and not enough time...

I know where this bush is, so next time I am in the mountains, I'll try a better shot...

Maybe in December! Arg, there won't be leaves left!!!


BTW, I can't see you photo... can you do something about it?
