We have this plant at work. Nobody knows what it is. This shot is representative of the fruit. Because of the wind and the rain I didn't want to climb into the shrub to get different angles, but this one looks pretty good to me. Anyone care to hazard a guess?

do you think it's same with this

i found it before some days ontop of mycar. maybe fell off from a tree.

It is very possible that they are the same. The fruit of my mystery plant was yellow and hard when immature, red and soft when mature, and black and hard when through with the cycle.
