Don't often do any close up photography, we had a summer storm today, believe it or not the temperature when I took these shots was 35C. I don't have a macro lens so used my 100-300 canon lens for these.

these two were shot at F8 1/250s ISO 400

This one F 5.6 ISO 400 1/1000

This last one F8 ISO 400 1/80s, the lines below the droplets are rain

I love water drop shots! I think you did pretty good considering the "macro" lens you were using.

Very nice shots, Julie. I think I like the third shot best of all - very simple and almost monochrome.

35C... I miss summer.

Cheers,

Tom, on Point Pelee, Canada

Well done, excellent shots, love the plant seen through the droplets

I know it isn't quite the same but see what you think of my icicle shot. Extra points available if you can tell me the make and model of car

Regards

Tony, from UK

Tony, actually I think the car is a Baby Blue Hilman Minx... just joking :G

Aladyforty, the macros are wonderful - my personal preference is No. 2.
