icey186: your close up tiny spider is very good, I just broght a Canon S3 and I don't how to use the macro, will you be able to help me use the macro setting? Thanks Simon

just hold down the MACRO button on the left hand side, then will be changed to SUPER MACRO mode, you can close upto 1mm with that, have fun

strangley I got my new s3 last weekend and tooke very similar photos in the garden!



I did struggle in super macro mode as any minor movement even with IS create a blurry image, so continous shooting mode helped sort that

I'd be quite pleased for anyone to tell me what I'm doing wrong in terms of best way to use the feature on the S3 and compose the shot!
