Default Mother's Day Bouquet

Here is a shot I took a couple of weeks ago. I am new to digital photography and really photography in general.
I used the Canon Powershot G3.
Any comments are welcome

The pic didn't show up!

Here it is:

I think it's a very beautyfull flower - but I'm a little confused about what you''re actually shooting here. When you try to shoot a bouquet like this - you must frame the whole bouquet and not only one of the sides of it. The right corner is destoying your great seen motive. If you have the possibility to try again I would do so, if I were you.

There's some wonderfull colors there!

regards
klaus

I'm not sure why the pic didn't show up- It's O.K. at my end.
I wasn't really trying to get the whole bouquet in. It was actually more interesting to close in on certain flowers in the bouquet.
Here's another shot from the same bouquet. Unfortunately, I can't redo the shots until I get some more flowers maybe I'll have to wait until next mother's day

In case, you can't see this one- here's the link

This is fine. I think this one is a much better pic than the other.
Sorry to hear you may have to wait a whole year...as I man I dont have that kind of problems - sad to say!

Jazcan,

Like Klaus I thought the second shot was superior, better composition. Next year you may want to take the shot from a slightly higher elevation so that you are looking a bit down into the central flower. It might give a better 3-D effect and pull the viewer in even more.
