Let me share my own experiences, i like this place, first if you buy a PC for PS, it doesn't matter if it is high end graphic card or not, there are two important things about it, first of all, you cpu should have more cores (so i am waiting for AMD Bulldozer) and you should have more RAM you get, that is all, on the other hand if your monitor has full hd resolution you should go with 256 bits graphic cards rahter than 128 bits. I will add more, after i get my PC..

I would think that the displaywould be a pretty important part (at least it is for me). Probably something nice like an NEC 2490WUXI.

My opinions running on the windows side of things and I am assuming your speaking of a CPU over a laptop
Minimum 4GB ram The fastest processor and best duo or even quad core you can get Good size hard drive EVEN bigger external drive DVD Burner with Dual Layer capacity (might even want a Blue-Ray Burner) Second DVD drive/Burner that can read your discs in case you want to copy discs Front USB Ports for your memory card reader and most importantly THE BEST MONITOR YOU CAN AFFORD I could never find what I wanted on the store shelves so I had both my laptop and CPU built for me. dave Last edited by Photo 5; May 31, 2011 at 10:05 AM. |

I’m self-employed, so theoretically, I do not have time to worry about trivial things such as the identical files on your hard drive or external hard disk, or something else. Really duplicate Finder is intended for someone like me, people who don’t have several hours per day, and I’m your target market. The difference I ‘m, hands to control these things. You need to know what happens in practice. Precisely for this reason, I find matching files. |

Dwaynesys:
That was tricky. I figured you were a Spammer, since you've already been reported to services keeping track of Spammers. But, I couldn't figure out your "angle" at first, because I didn't see any links in your signature or post text. Then, I took a closer look at the quoted text you included from Photo 5, and realized that you added a link to a site selling Duplicate File Finder software that was not in the original post. So, I've now banned you, reported you to centralized anti-spam services (and you've already been reported by others), and "black listed" links to the company you're promoting, so that nobody can post links to them, even if they're a satisfied customer. That helps to set an example to companies that make use of spammers (sometimes calling themselves Search Engine Optimization specialists) to promote their businesses. Go away. You are not welcome here. |
