Default Don't throw it away yet!

One of my 8gb thumb drives (the sort where the usb connector slides in and out of it's case) recently jammed inside it's plastic case. From curiosity I forced the case open - and it was obviously broken.

Here's what the little card inside the case looks like with some coins (a quarter, a nickel and a dime) to show how small it is -

It's not visible in the picture, but to protect the card I wrapped about a square inch of Gorilla tape round its circuit board. It works just fine. I've installed the newest version of Puppy on it and it operates fine, even on a computer with no hard drive.
