Just wondering if there is any knowledge of a D80 replacement (D90). Like the new features on teh D60 just released but need the compatabiity for my inventory of NIKON AF lenses

Maybe have to go to the D300. I am replacing a 8008 film camera and my Olympus 2002

It's rumored to be happening soon, but nobody knows for sure when or what the specs will be. Most of the rumors seem to be centered around a D300 sized FX camera, and a flagship, high MP pro camera. There is alot of talk of a 7/1 announcement, and of course Photokina is September. Either way, I wouldn't expect to be able to get one until fall or winter. The D80 is still a great camera, and I find use for mine, even though I shoot primarily with the D300. I wouldn't hesitate to pick up a D80 if I needed a camera today.
