Default Request for micro four thirds section

I do not know if this is the correct way to address this, but would it be possible to have a micro four thirds section in the forums, since these cameras do not fit easily into the point & shoot or dslr categories.
Thank you for any consideration.

Charles, yes this would be the best place for that type of suggestion, and we appreciate the input.

We've been throwing this idea back and forth for some time now, so rest assured that we will soon have some forums setup for all EVIL type models, including the Olympus/Panasonic mFT units.

Done (with separate forums for Panasonic and Olympus models, to allow for differences between systems, as I'd expect more models from each as time passes):

Olympus Micro Four Thirds Forum

Panasonic Micro Four Thirds Forum

Well... we've been toying with the idea of a different approach with sections by manufacturer versus camera type (with a model series underneath each manufacturer), as the lines are becoming more and more blurred as to what to call a given camera anymore (P&S versus dSLR versus EVIL versus Video Camera). But, rather than delay the need for forums able to accommodate the newer EVIL (Electronic Viewfinder Interchangeable Lens, as some users refer to them) models, we went ahead and created new forums for them yesterday, renaming the existing dSLR section by adding Interchangeable Lens Cameras to it's name, so the same section accommodates both camera types. Then, if we decide to approach it differently later, it's just a matter of shuffling the existing forums around.

So, we now have forums for Olympus and Panasonic Four Thirds system cameras, Sony NEX series cameras and Samsung NX series cameras. I'm still debating on how to handle the Ricoh GXR series models.

No problem. My apologies for taking this long to get to it, as we've been debating on what approach to use for these new camera types, in order to reduce member confusion as to where to post (as the more camera types we have, the more confusing it can be to members trying to figure out what section a post belongs in for a given camera model).
