Default Tapatalk

Hi Admins, I was wondering if this could be implemented within the forum. Essentially what it does is allow the forum users to access Steves from various phones and allows posting as well for the paid version and the free is a read only for the user. Many forums are using this software and was wondering if Steves can jump on the bandwagon
Tapatalk for iPhone
Tapatalk for Android
Tapatalk for BlackBerry
Tapatalk for Nokia
Heres a link for our fine admins to check out and thanks for looking

I've actually been thinking about this myself, as I have a Droid X and use Tapatalk for some of the forums I'm apart of.

Let me talk with JimC and then our tech department to see if this is a possibility.

Thanks wagaboo.

Looks like we won't be able to add this functionality right now, however there is something in the works for iPhone and Android users in the future.

Stay tuned

You're welcome. I too am hoping this new development is not too far off, as I use my Droid X quite a bit for communicating on forums during my personal time.

As an update to this thread, you can now use an app called Forum Runner to view forum threads and posts here. Forum Runner is available for both IOS and Android devices.

Forum Runner Free version is read only (no posting ability), and supports portrait & landscape view. More about it here:

Forum Runner Free for Android in the Android Market:
https://market.android.com/details?i...ner.free&hl=en

Forum Runner Free for IOS in the Apple App Store:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/forum...363534651?mt=8

When you first install and start Forum Runner, if you use the Browse Forums Feature, you'll find Steve's Digicams under Art>Photography (when browsing through the Art>Photography list, just use the "More Forums" choice at the bottom of each page, and you'll find us as the last entry on the last page in that section right now).

Then, you can add Steve's to your Forum Runner Favorites to make it easier to get to (when browsing Steve's Digicams Forums with Forum Runner, click on Settings and you'll see a choice to make it a Favorite).

They also offer a Forum Runner Premium version for $1.99 with full posting options, forum search, support for thread subscriptions / private messages, posting of images, saving of pictures, push notification support for threads and more.

As with the free version, the premium version of Forum Runner is available in the Android Market for Android Devices, and in the App Store for IOS Devices. See the links below for more information:

Forum Runner for Android:

Forum Runner for IOS:
