Love it, but I'm a sucker for ultra symmetry. Also, the use of HDR is invisible, just like I like it. Very nicely done. I've got to get me an ultrawide!

Thanks David. If you don't yet have an ultrawide you should definitely try one. I love mine but have come to appreciate that it is dificult to find the correct setting and therefore composition in which to use it. When I took the above shot I never dreamed that I would end up doing to it what I did.
As far as the HDR goes, I too am not a fan of gawdy tie-dyed looking shots that remind me of a bad acid trip. I can see the flaws in this shot with the HDR but enjoy the effect more than I notice the flaws. Thanks for your kind words! |
