a few small things (aside from what's already been said) that would make a huge difference in my opinion:
1) The drop shadow, particularly of the car looks a lot more realistic in the 2nd image.
2) slight fringing around dark edges (car tires) of photo 2
3) the lighting matches pretty well for all the subjects, however, if you notice, there's a reflection from the parking stripe in the chrome on the front bumper and wheels. Those stripes aren't anywhere on the ground in your manipulation.

Overall, great job.

Obviously, one can't take 3 or 4 separate photos (taken at different times in different locations) and make a perfect composite shot. Perhaps with hours in PS one could minimize these "shortcomings".
