We had some sunbreaks today which is most unusual for Portland, Oregon this time of year.

I had been saving some old DVD disks for use in a photoshoot. Here is a picture that doesn't amount to much as shot but then the "mad scientist" got hold of it. The original is a reflection of a tree in a stack of DVDs. The focus was on the tree reflection.

These manipulations were done in PSP9. For the first manipulation, I rotated the image 180 degrees and applied the Colored Foil filter. I then applied negative image. I call this one Coral since it somewhat resembles a coral reef.

The second was done in a similar fashion but used the Colored Pencil filter instead of Colored foil. I call this one Splatters.
