Best price for HiTi 640?

Okay, so I'm pretty sure this is the printer that I want. Now who has the best price? Everywhere I look it's for $299.

Did you ever buy this printer? What is your opinion about it?
Thanks

Well, put it this way. Since getting it earlier this month, I just put in the fourth set of paper/ribbon (meaning I've done 150 prints in about four weeks)!javascript:emoticon(':D') It is an amazing little printer. The print quality is really really good. And they've survived my two year old smearing food, etc. on the prints. I've called it the "marriage saver" because now my wife just prints whenever she wants and doesn't have to repeatedly ask me. If you read the review at imaging resource, my digital pics also disappeared into a black hole that never saw the light of day before getting this printer. At first, my wife was apprehensive ("why do we NEED another printer") but after using it, she's happy with its ease of use. Only bummer is I have a Mac so I can't do all the fancy borders, etc. that comes with the PC software.

I DO see this printer as a luxury item however. The cost of the printer and prints versus other options doesn't really justify it. Costco is cheaper, but the Costco near me is always having problems with the digital printer so I was getting frustrated. (And I've been eyeing these things since the 630 came out.) But the quality of the prints and the luxury of printing at home win high marks from me. Plus, having an independent photo lab in the living room (away from the computer) is pretty cool.javascript:emoticon('')
