Oly P 400 "lines in pictures"

I've had my oly 400 for over a year now and its starting to show signs of age. On the very left of some pictures I get a red and/or green line, the more I print at one time the worse it gets.
It has taken a beating through this entire year.
I can average between 50-200 prints a week, depending on which sports season it is.
My wife and I run a photography studio and when we started we never imagined that we would have done so well. So I never bought the business package.
Is there anything else I can do.
cleaning?
fixing?
replacing?

Well if you have had it over a year and done that much printing sounds like its probably taken its full abuse. I don't know much about dye sub on that printer other than it uses a film. I'm thinking thermal but if its a head type thing you should be able to clean it and make it work again. If its a thermal thing than you may be screw because the heating element is going bad.

My HiTi630PS has a cleaning kit for the printer. Maybe you can contact Olympus and see if they have a similar product. HiTi also has a heavy duty Photo labe printer. You might want to check the site: www.hitouchimaging.com
