Default Lightroom vs. CS5

What's the difference between Lightroom and Photoshop?
I currently have Photoshop CS5, but I've been looking into the Lightroom lately. Is there a purpose to own both or just one of the two?

I've used Photoshop for years, and just got in to photography. I got Lightroom and I love it, it's different then Photoshop. Lightroom is an incredible photo organization tool and I do 90% of my editing with it. Photoshop is used more for manipulations, (not sure if that makes sense.) I got a dvd from lynda.com and learned the in's and outs in a few nights. If you have the budget for both I think you'll be happy.

Remember in Photoshop CS5 you also have ACR 6.2 that has same engine in Lightroom, since you already have CS5 you really don't need lightroom.
