Default movie audiotrack issue after converting in other format

I wanted to convert a MKV movie into MP4 format. The movie has two audio tracks, one in English and one in Russian. I used the recommended program called 4videosoft MKV video converter. First time I didn't suspect what was going to happen so I entered some settings (format, resolution, etc etc) and I waited to finish converting it. After I opened the new movie format (MP4) I had the surprise that movie was in Russian only, "losing" the other track, in English. I tried to convert the original file AGAIN and this time looking carefully if I have a option to select which audio track I want but there was nothing like that in the settings. I looked to the original movie file. The BS player showed that the English audio track was selected as ..default, so it's very puzzling for me...
Does anyone know how to solve this issue please ? Or can anyone confirm me that with that software I can't do the job ?

PS - in the overview of this software ( http://www.steves-digicams.com/knowl...-overview.html) made by this SITE it says that in this very particular software YOU CAN SET and CHANGE the audio tracks !!! My version is 3.2.08

Other Features

The MKV Video Converter allows you to choose from multiple audio tracks and subtitles from a source file and only let the selected ones pass through to the converted videos. The conversions are processed fairly quickly due to added support for CPUs with multiple cores.

You may want to try Handbrake and see how it works for you.

It's free and they have Windows version of it:
